2. Booking and Reservations

  • Booking Process
    To reserve your transport with STG, you must complete the booking process through our website, by phone, or via email. For bookings made after 5 PM, please contact us via email.
  • Confirmation
    Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
  • Changes and Cancellations
    Any changes or cancellations to your booking must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee or result in the loss of payment, depending on the nature of the change.
  • Pricing and Payment
    All prices are subject to change and may vary based on the type of service, distance, and time of booking. Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm your booking. We accept various formspayment,ment including credit card and direct bank transfer. Prices do not include gratuities unless specified.

3. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Arrival Time
    Please be ready and at the designated pick-up location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. STG is not responsible for any delays caused by passengers not being on time.
  • Conduct and Behavior
    Passengers are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to other passengers and the driver. STG reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or in violation of local laws.
  • Luggage and Personal Items
    Passengers are responsible for ensuring their personal belongings and luggage are properly secured during transit. STG is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items during transport.

4. Service Availability and Limitations

  • Availability
    STG operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with services available for groups of all sizes. However, services may be subject to availability, especially during peak times such as holidays or large events. Please book in advance to secure your preferred time and date.
  • Route and Schedule
    STG reserves the right to adjust routes and schedules as needed based on traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a significant change, you will be notified as soon as possible.

5. Liability and Indemnity

  • Limitation of Liability
    STG is committed to providing reliable transportation services, but we are not liable for any delays, accidents, or injuries that may occur during the service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
  • Indemnity
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sydney Transport Group, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services.

6. Force Majeure


STG will not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, traffic accidents, strikes, or governmental actions.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

STG reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
